IP bans will be reconsidered on a case-by-case basis if you were running a bot and did not understand the consequences, but typically not for spamming, hacking, or other abuse. If you are responsible for one of the above issues.
Having an excessive number of banned accounts in a very short timeframe. Running a web bot/spider that downloaded a very large number of pages - more than could possibly justified as "personal use". Automated spam (advertising) or intrustion attempts (hacking). I guess I'll just play out the game without the quest items and see how it goes.Your current IP address has been blocked due to bad behavior, which generally means one of the following: Sorry for the late reply, but I really appriciate the info. these items are used or retrieved during particular quests and some may have the option to either return them to their original owners or just mentioned in passing but they are optional and do not affect gameplay or the overall story. For instance, Thaler's monocle, Triss handcuffs, the Rose of Remembrance, Yen's Crystal Bird Skull. Truth is, most quest items really aren't used for verry much once you've received them. I'm assuming that you already have whatever lists have already been discovered on the web. That's why so many of the names are different than they appear in the game and why many of them only refer to the quest to which they belong. You have to remember that while the debug console is built into the game, it was never intended for the actual player to use.
