Understand that while I don't at all think basic tools are loner specific, they seem to be only in cordon and rarely in swamps (I guess) from MY EXPERIENCES.Places I found tools:Fine toolset: tower next to bridge in limansk, first floor, green cabinet (if my memory serves right )Basic tools:Stash in rookie village outside the bed basement.I THINK I found the second cordon toolset outside the Hellmoney anomaly.I'm 99% sure I found the swamp basic toolset in the southest corner of the swamps in that village.Tool locations are random.īut it seems that basic toolsets only appear in nooby areas.EVERY SINGLE ONE of these finds were on different (ironman) saves. Checking those same stashes again in other saves I came up empty handed.What I will do is say where I found these tools. Nada.2 of those 4 times were in the cordon.
